Naturalistic Landscaping Design Workshop on September 17

A Naturalistic Landscaping Design Workshop, led by landscape designer Larry Weaner and executive director of Aton Forest John Anderson, will demonstrate ecologically-based naturalistic landscaping and its benefits. This short course will provide an understanding of how to work with natural processes on your property to develop an attractive and healthy landscape. If weather permits, we will spend time outside observing managed and natural habitats, and there will be time dedicated to discussing participant's land management issues.
 
Saturday, September 17, 2011 from 9 am to 3 pm at Aton Forest Headquarters, 270 North Colebrook Rd. in Norfolk. Cost: $30 (paid in advance); $40 (paid at workshop).
